The Dallas Human Resource Management Association, Inc. ("DHRMA") is a not-for-profit organization with an association membership of more than 2,200 Human Resource professionals and more than 3,800 Conference attendees. Formed in 1939, Dallas HR is SHRM Chapter #061 and one of the top chapters affiliated with the Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM). Dallas HR has earned SHRM's Superior Merit Award each year since inception, as well as the prestigious Pinnacle Award.
