A short introduction to Daikin Europe nv
Daikin Europe N.V. is the sales and manufacturing head quarter responsible for the air conditioner sales in Europe, some parts of Africa and the Middle East.
Daikin Europe NV, was formed in 1973 in Ostend, Belgium with production, office and warehousing premises of around 8,000m². Since then the company has transformed this assembly facility into the most advanced air conditioning manufacturing plant in Europe, occupying more than 150,000m² and producing hi tech, energy efficient equipment for customers from Norway to South-Africa. Satellite production facilities exist in Plzen in the Czech Republic and these are soon to be augmented by a further compressor factory in Brno.
The company also has wholly owned subsidiaries in the UK, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Portugal, Poland and Central Europe as well as partly owned and independent distributors throughout Europe, Africa, Middle East and a sales office in Greece.
