Development (Software as a Service)
DLB software products operate solely on the internet, negating the need to download software to the client machine. DLB software is run on a dedicated server in order to maximize security and performance. Our software products are also available as ' white labelled' products for third parties to operate the software as independent licensees.
Custom Development Work
DLB Solutions has developed systems from the ground up, covering most technical aspects of open source internet based systems. With a dedicated server we can provide a secure environment for developing complete solutions. We are also able to host the system or transfer to another hosting company if required.
Approach
Our development process includes project scoping, requirements analysis and detailed business analysis in advance of developing the system. This approach enables us to provide clear specifications prior to the actual development of the system and enables us to more accurately quote timescales and costs for the system build and implementation.
Training
DLB Solutions provides training in open-source internet technologies and in business analysis. Training courses are usually divided into three or more sessions of 3 hours or more, although courses can be adjusted in scope and time-scales to meet specific requirements. Some of our courses are available at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and Capilano University, and we can provide on-site courses if required.
