Description
CustomSUPPORT began its life as a New Hampshire based company called Accurate Data Systems in February of 1980. One of our first clients was New Hampshire SAU #22 in Hanover, which at the time was struggling with an antiquated single-entry accounting system. It was there that we began the development of what is now our CustomFINANCIALS™ package. By 1983 an early version of our current software was up and running on Hanover's IBM System/32. In 1986, CustomFINANCIALS™ saw a major revision to support concurrent multiple users on the IBM System/36. In 1989 we moved our base of operations from New Hampshire to Vermont. At this time we also changed our name from Accurate Data Systems to CustomSUPPORT. Then, in 1998, CustomFINANCIALS™ saw its most recent revision as we moved to the IBM iServer platform in order to provide better networking support, support for both Macintosh and Windows based desktop computers and to allow remote access over the internet.
CustomSUPPORT is a small company based in Bradford, Vermont, a rural area of New England about 75 miles south of the Canadian border and about 200 miles northwest of Boston, Massachusetts. Our employees have been involved in the computer industry since 1966 and have been designing and writing accounting software since 1978.
