Description
With over fifteen years experience in arts and cultural development we have pioneered wide-ranging policies and programmes in this field specialising in Cultural Diversity, Disability arts, Social Inclusion and Education, through work with Arts Council England, Local Governments and a wide range of community and statutory groups. Our range of skills and experience include organisational capacity building, governance, communication audience development, policies, projects, cultural programmes, setting up networks, fora, design and delivering training, and advocacy.
We have a strong background and awareness of local authority as well as the arts system/infrastructure and the strategic aims as highlighted in Arts Council England’s Ambitions for the Arts and the Theatre review.
Much of the focus of our work has been to bring vision and provide leadership within organizations, in team building, creating cross community projects, networks and infrastructures development, initiating and implementing of equality both internally and within the wider sector to promote diversity and equality. We have fluency on both the Race Relations Act and the Disability Discrimination Legislation.
