CTRF is an independent, Full-Gospel Church that was founded by Pastors Douglas & Patricia Ruthford in 1980. We are a church that loves to worship. We are blessed with many fine musicians and singers who lead us into God's presence through high praises and worship. We are also a church that loves the Scriptures, God's Word. We love anointed preaching and teaching, not just from our pastoral staff, but from a wide variety of international ministries who visit on a regular basis.
