Cornerstones - A National Resource Supporting Vulnerable Young Children with Complex Needs
Description
We are a specialist independent provider supporting vulnerable young people with complex needs . Young people may have been diagnosed with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Aspergers Syndrome, learning difficulty or complex neurological conditions. They may be receiving ongoing CAMHS support or they awaiting multi-agency assessment. At the time of referral it is probable that the Young Person will be in a crisis situation and presenting behaviours which place himself and those around him at risk.
Cornerstones will provide your Young Person with a safe environment where his health, social care and educational needs can be met in full. He will be not exposed to anti-social behaviour or abuse from others and he will receive the opportunity to achieve his developmental potential .
We provide a protective framework for young people which ensures that parents and placing authorities have peace of mind when commissioning placements regardless of the Young Person's vulnerabilities or presenting behaviours. Following assessment Cornerstones can also provide longer-term placements for Young People who are assessed as requiring permanency within our organisation.
