Carrol Esterhuizen, along with Laura Hoffman, founded Corvallis Sport and Spine Physical Therapy in 2005. Over the past four years it has grown from two employees to over 15 employees, which now includes eight dedicated physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant. Corvallis Sport and Spine Physical Therapy strives to be the primary source for rehabilitation of sports medicine and spine related injuries in the Greater Willamette Valley.
