Together we contribute to the growth, prosperity and quality of life this exceptional community has come to enjoy.

The Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs was formed in 1952 by a group of builders who saw a need to unite to address the many concerns and issues affecting the home building industry. Since that time, the HBA has grown to over 800 companies, employing 26,000 individuals in all facets of the development and building industries.
