The Grotto offers a simple menu serving entrees and ala carte ranging from appetizers to seafood at its best. In addition to retail seafood, seafood meals, and specials at the requests of local residents and business people, Chuck’s also caters private parties and provides food for local community functions.
Since 1996, Chuck Gibbs, owner and operator of the Seafood Grotto, has successfully begun to develop products used by the Grotto, friends, and customers; to the delight of the Grotto. The process of creating Chuck’s Seafood Tartar Sauce has been one of developing then perfect flavor and the exact measure of “quality” ingredients which satisfy the taste buds of our friends and customers. We’re now excitedly launching our delectable recipe to the networks being developed and born into many years of work, labor, and personal satisfaction.
May we introduce you to our new products, Chuck’s Seafood Tartar Sauce and Chuck’s Seafood Cocktail Sauce. Chuck has teamed up with business partner, Michael O. Finnegan, and together they are developing the most effective process for the sauces and future products to enter the market locally, nationally, and our networks of outlets internationally. We will formulate a plan of success based on our developing, long-term relationships within the industry of wholesale and retail arenas. We feel these products, along with quality control and service will be the key to a long, profitable partnership with special channels for our sauces and other products.
