Description
To get an accurate chart the exact time of birth is needed and the place of birth. The rest is calculation.
The birth chart is represented by a circle which represents timeless eternity. The circle is divided into 12 by the zodiac Aries, Gemini Cancer etc., this represents our sun sign (where the sun was when you were born) The circle is further divided by 12 to represent the houses or realms of experience e.g. the 1st house relates to personality, how we see the world and how the world sees us, the 2nd house relates to values, the 4th to our home and family etc.
A circle is 360 degrees. Planets appear in a particular place in our chart according to our date, time and place of birth. The planets form aspects between each other, these aspects are measured in degrees. E.g. if one planet appeared in the chart at the top and another was directly opposite it at the bottom, it would be termed an opposition (180 degrees apart) the energy of an opposition can be challenging to us. The energy of some aspects can be easier. That is not to say any aspect is bad, its just that some of them are more challenging than others. It is fair to say that everything has a positive and negative side, a masculine and feminine, a dark and light and without the experience of one we would not know the other.
