Born just outside London England, Jeanne's first riding memories were atop the family Lab's doghouse. In 1977, after successfully completing her BHSAI in England, she emigrated to Canada. Though she began working at at Thoroughbred stable, she soon moved to Owen Sound and held a teaching position at Rose Hill Farms. After marrying husband Lyle, she soon started her own operation: Crystalbrooke Farm. In 1985 she completed her CEF Coaching Level I and four years later received her CEF Coaching Level II diploma.
Jeanne's passionate belief in the basics of horsemanship and total understanding of the horse is why she is so well respected among her clients and peers.
Jeremy has been at Crystalbrooke Farm for quite some time. He began riding at Crystalbrooke almost 15 years ago, starting with weekly lessons. He gradually increased his time at the stable, working on weekends, then co-oping in grade 12 and eventually working full time after graduating high school.
