- This site came about as a result of our frustration with the current ways of finding information on the internet. We would invariably find that these other ways would return hundreds of thousands if not millions of results for any search. We often found that we would then have to sift extensively through these results, only occasionally coming across a result that was highly relevant to our search topic. It was often other people referring us to various websites that became the best source of information on a range of specific topics. This got us asking ourselves a few questions – How many other people are out there that are as frustrated as we are? How many other people out there have a great knowledge of the best websites and content that exist for various topics? Could we build a platform for these people to find and share this valuable information? As we looked into the concept more and more, it became apparent that there were literally millions of web users who knew where to find the best information and content for specific topics and were more than willing to share this knowledge. The only problem was they didn’t have a centralised place to share this knowledge. So, from a basement in Brisbane, Australia, we set about building that place…
