In the early 70's, when we began to develop properties in Cary, we determined that our communities would reflect our strong commitment to building neighborhoods of the highest quality. We wanted to provide a place for people to live who want an exceptional lifestyle in an extraordinary environment.

MacGregor Downs was our first residential golf course community. This award-winning neighborhood has set the standard for the quality lifestyle Cary has become known for. Shopping, offices and other commercial activities were situated in our MacGregor Park property, all designed to enhance living in Cary.

We also developed the master planned community of Lochmere which continues to be one of the most desirable places to live in Cary. Next came Waterford Green, a planned community of individual neighborhoods, great amenities and affordable homes.
