Founded in 2002, Crimson is headquartered in Hong Kong and also operates in the United States and China. The Company has established a brand new, 10,000 square ft. development center in Shanghai that houses a full pre-clinical suite with organic synthesis, formulation development, as well as analytical and QC release laboratories.
Crimson's expertise lies in its ability to accelerate the life cycle of a drug candidate from labs to market through an integrated approach. Upon in-licensing a candidate from a partner, Crimson will continue to add value at various stages: formulation, optimization and production scale-up of the compound, management of pre-clinical and clinical studies, compilation and submission of registration files to obtain marketing authorization from the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA), and subsequently, identification of commercialization strategies and partners .
