- What is the recipe for a successful bluegrass band? Well there are many, but few are as well crafted as Cream City’s. First, add a lot of bluegrass experience; two members have been playing bluegrass since the local bluegrass boom in the 70’s. Next add a healthy helping of musicality, here several members are classically trained (we let them play with us anyway). Next add a dose of authenticity with members coming from the south. To keep a fresh perspective, we’ve added a newcomer to the music.
