We personally guarantee all products to be free from manufacturer defect for 30 days from your invoice date (unless stated otherwise). If an item does turn up defective during that period, simply request an RMA Number and then send it back to us for an exchange. It's that simple. On RMAs outside of the company return period, please contact the manufacturer for additional warranty information. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Shipping charge is included at time of purchase for orders within US. Due to problems with handling by the US Postal Service, any systems, barebones, or cases (including any orders with said items) will be shipped via UPS. No orders can be shipped internationally. All orders larger than 100lbs will be required to be shipped via UPS Ground and the rate quoted regardless of shipping method will be defaulted to UPS Ground. The shipping rate quoted is an estimation of actual shipping/handling charges. In rare instances and in oversize shipments, this rate may be modified with consent from the customer.
For security purposes, no international orders will be accepted (US Only) and all orders must only be shipped to the address of the cardholder. Please ensure that the information you submit exactly matches the information on the credit card or your card may come back declined and your shipment could be delayed.
