The members of the Adactus Housing Group build, renovate and manage affordable housing for rent and sale. The Group's principle subsidiaries are housing associations, legally known as Registered Social Landlords, and regulated by the Housing Corporation.
Following the completion of County Palatine Ltd's transfer of engagements to Family Housing Association (M'cr) Ltd in 2005, and the subsequent renaming of the merged company to Adactus Housing Association Ltd, the group comprises five independent companies:
Together the Adactus Housing Group owns and manages over 6,200 homes across 17 local authority areas in the North West of England, employs 337 staff and has an annual turnover in excess of £22 million.
