- Clothing of the American Mind is a Los Angeles-based apparel company founded in response to the vast, unyielding moneymaking machine of the incumbent administration and the alternative idea vacuum that had become the order of the day during the 2004 election. We still feel there is a dire need to raise money for Democratic change and to perpetuate dissenting views of what’s really happening due to American policies around the world. Clothing of the American Mind is committed to holding the Bush Administration accountable for its transgressions and indignant self-righteousness. We feel we must not remain silent while Bush, Cheney, Condi, Rummi and their cronies chastise us for not believing in their versions of the truth.
