It was Lala Krishanchand Khanna, who started dyestuff business in 1946 becoming the distributor for Imperial Chemicals Industries (India) Ltd. (ICI). Thereafter the company ventured into dyestuff manufacturing in 1959 under the guidance of Lalaji's son- Mr. Arjundev Khanna for Rapid fast Rapidogens and Fast Developing Salts. And it was in 1978 when Mr. Ashok Khanna, CEO of new venture, started manufacturing Reactive, Direct, Acis and Chemical Dyes in the name and style of Cosmonaut Chemicals.
The company is now being promoted using fresh vision and vitality of Mr. Amit Khanna, who has his professional degree in International Business from University of California, Berkeley ( UCB), CA, USA. He is now exploring new horizons in international arena with his passion for new-sprung ideas and exceptional market skills.
