Our sales department prides itself in providing continuity of tenancy. This in turn guarantees continuity of income. We rarely have long periods of inoccupation between tenancies. Three months prior to the end of the agreement we approach both you and the tenant to determine whether or not there is a wish to renew. This gives us ample time, if required, to remarket your property and place a new tenant as quickly as possible after the previous tenant leaves.
