The Cornish Bluegrass Association was formed in the winter of 2003 by a small group of friends that shared a love of Bluegrass music, particularly the banjo & who's aim originally was to promote Bluegrass & encourage potential Bluegrass lovers by way of a Bluegrass "Picking Weekend" . We put on our first Dedicated Bluegrass Festival at Hendra Holiday Park Newquay in September 2004 where we had 5 bands & an attendance of around 250 Bluegrass fans.
