This is embarrassing as I can cook. Actually I cook a lot of custard from scratch but to save time I started making Jello pudding from a box and pouring in individual containers for lunches, snacks, etc. I’m following the package instructions to a T except using 2% milk. Problem is the pudding seems to “airy”. Not like homemade or the pre-packaged stuff which my daughter loves. I tried making the thicker pie directions but it tasted too sweet.
