The site posts private personal information about "Dicks" (police officers who don't honor this) in an attempt to shame them. Stories of "teaching rookies the ropes" include slashing their tires, massive complaints to their supervisors, and ostracism.
If you thought corrupt police were a third-world thing, think again. These ones are in your backyard, drinking and driving down your highways with impunity!
