Coopers Restaurant has been in operation since 1994 and in that time the Coopers name has become synonymous with high quality food and value for money. Having won dining awards and achieved many glowing reviews, Coopers continues to offer the high standards for which we have become famous.
We pride ourselves on the warm hospitable welcome we offer from some of the best staff in the city, most of whom have been with us since our opening.
Coopers Restaurant is split on two levels and can seat 120 people, depending on your requirements. Personalised seating arrangements can be made for larger bookings. We have competently catered for product launches, weddings, corporate days, and of course, personal intimate evenings. Our menus are completely flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs. Coopers is normally closed for lunch on Saturday and Sunday but can be booked for groups of 40 and upwards.
