- Cool Bypass was established July 9, 2007. Initially Cool Bypass was a school project. I had to create a real life example of the Bill of rights in action. When I went to show some people in the class to get their opinion, they really liked it and wanted to use it. At the time it was a private project, but I had decided to put Cool Bypass on the web for the public to use. And the product of all this is what you are viewing now.
