Description
Sarah and her team offer dedicated help and encouragement to create delicious traditional British dishes and farmhouse cooking. There is also the comfort of ensuite bedrooms in this recently converted magnificent medieval cruck barn.
Numbers cooking on the course are kept to a maximum of ten. This maintains a friendly, informal atmosphere while cooking in the barn's cruck beamed kitchen. Fields and hills can be viewed through the large glass panels of the old barn doorway, while dining together round the oak refectory table.
Everyone is very welcome to bring non-cooking friends or a partner as well, so that they can show off the fruits of their labour during meals.
