If you decide to use us your transaction will be carried out by a qualified property lawyer who will usually be available to take your calls but even if you are not able to speak to the conveyancer concerned someone will always be available to provide an up-to-date report on the current situation on your file. Any telephone messages left will usually be returned within the hour, but always the same day. You will always be able to speak to a human being; we do not use phone menu systems and voicemail! We also subscribe to "Clarity", the organisation dedicated to the use of plain English and we try to avoid legal jargon whenever we can.
