The mission of the Contemporary Realist Academy is to train artist in the craft of drawing and painting to the highest technical level possible by studying in the classical tradition of past masters. Training focuses on the development of keen observation with a critical eye and the necessary methods to draw or paint that which is observed. The skills once obtained, allow the artist to consistently and dependably render high level results.
