Construction Techniques, LLC was established in September of 1998. The mission of the firm is to provide service to the construction consumer. Following 33 years in the general construction industry, Fred Fleck sold his interest in his 100+ year old general contracting business to pursue a new direction. That direction is to be of assistance to those persons or firms that wish to start or expand their physical plant or plants. The experience and knowledge acquired during his tenure in the construction market can save time and money for the OWNER/CEO by stepping into their shoes while they lead their business. Performing all the duties required to initiate, manage and complete the project while acting as the agent of the OWNER/CEO is one of the services provided.
