Founded in 1992, Connect’s initial business lay in providing managed services for voice messaging systems. Servicing some of the world’s best known blue chip companies, we have built up significant expertise in the areas of system and user management over this period.
On the back of considerable success and growth, our clients asked us for advice and technology support on a broader set of communications platforms across the entire portfolio of voice infrastructure. To do this, we have built up our internal technology and network management capabilities, particularly in core technologies from Avaya and Nortel Networks. As part of this process, we have also bolstered our expertise with the acquisition of software company, 1 Voice, in 2001 and voice services specialists, Rapport Professional Services, in 2003.
Today, Connect provides innovative technology solutions, systems integration and support skills across a wide spectrum of voice-based technologies from leading telecoms vendors. Our client base has two distinct profiles:
