Planning Services in Congleton Borough
The Planning Department is responsible for the delivery and control of a wide variety of services within its area including town and country planning and economic policy. The management and provision of planning services is provided by 3 separate Sections - Development Control; Local Planning & Economic Policy and Building Control.
Planning Handbook
This handbook is available free of charge from the Planning Reception desk in the Borough Council Offices at Sandbach, and at the Alsager, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich and Sandbach Information Centres The handbook should be useful to all those with an interest in the planning of the Borough and describes the services provided by the Planning Department. It should be of assistance also to those considering submitting planning or building regulation applications.
