- The Confederate Reprint Company is a home business of Greg and Lisa Durand. We live in the beautiful Appalachian foothills of north Georgia with our seven children: Brianna Marie, Virginia Ruth, Georgia Esther, Robert Lee, Carolina Rachel, Thomas Jackson, and Bonnie Elisabeth. Greg is originally from Los Angeles, California and first came to an understanding of the Southern perspective on American history in 1995 while reading The Real Lincoln by Charles L.C. Minor and A Defense of Virginia and the South by Robert Lewis Dabney. After several years of research, he wrote America's Caesar: The Decline and Fall of Republican Government in the United States of America, the fourth edition of which was published by The Institute For Southern Historical Review in 2006 (click HERE to access Greg's MySpace page and blog). Lisa was born in Denver, Colorado and spent several of her childhood years in Slidell, Louisiana. She has several Confederate ancestors on the maternal side of her family tree (click HERE to access Lisa's personal blog). Greg and Lisa also own Crown Rights Book Company, Goose Quill Press, and Classic Reels and Broadcasts Company.
