P. Michael Blair (Biggers), grew up in Eureka California. After High School he joined the US Army (1977) and did a stint at the 10th AG, 8th Army in Souuth Korea. After attending the College of the Redwoods, he moved to Tacoma Washington and continued school; graduating with a diploma in Rehabilitation Facilities.
In 1988 He moved back to California; living in Sacramento. From 1988 - the early 90's he worked with the deveolmental disabled.
In 1999 he got married to Luba Yakshin, a woman he met at church.
From 1995 - 2001 he worked in the Software Development and training area in the Sacramento area.
2001 - 2003 Michael and his family moved to MO. He he worked in the ministry as well as computes as a consultant.
Michael now resides in Cookeville, TN with his wife and four small children
