The Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas is a state nonprofit membership organization, which includes community health centers (CHC) in North and South Dakota. CHCs serve ALL patients regardless of their ability to pay for services. Some communities don't have access to health care. The Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD) works with community leaders to find solutions.
