Description
Mr. Ruddy is a former auditor in NFA’s New York Compliance Department. Prior to starting Commodity Consultants, LLC, Ruddy completed financial reporting and handled compliance matters for a leveraged, private equity fund in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Ruddy has been a contributing writer (including Futures Magazine and Commodit-E-Zine) and seminar speaker in the industry. He is a Member of the Managed Funds Association, a trade group for individuals involved in managed futures, hedge funds, and other alternative investments. Academically, he has earned a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, an undergraduate degree in finance from Fairfield University, and an undergraduate degree in accounting from New York University. Mr. Ruddy is a member of the New York State Bar.
Mr. Connors is a former Manager in the Assurance and Advisory Services area of Ernst & Young, LLP. While at Ernst & Young, LLP, Mr. Connors specialized in the financial services and hedge fund industries. His main clients were Moore Capital Management, Inc. and American Express Co.
