, Comer Jennings has completed portrait commissions for some of the country's most prominent citizens, created a large body of signature still life paintings, executed myriad public art projects, served as teacher and mentor to young artists and given freely of his expertise for charitable projects. His hands-on work with business, social and civic organizations over the years has given him unusual insight into the community as well as a strong connection to people representing diverse interests.

Both working for fees and making charitable contributions, he has completed projects which include the design of the signature official Olympics poster, the creation of two large paintings for the Solarium, a public space at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, the commemorative sculpture design of the Donald Mackaye Memorial, and official posters for the Atlanta Dogwood Festival and the Atlanta Flower Shows.
