The Columbia River Crossing (CRC) project is focused on reducing crashes, improving travel reliability and adding travel choices for the section of Interstate 5 just north and south of the Columbia River. The CRC project will significantly improve conditions in the five-mile segment of Interstate 5 between SR 500 in Vancouver and Victory Boulevard in North Portland with designs for bridge, highway, transit and bicycle and pedestrian improvements.
