Our Services The Healthcare Consortium has been improving access to health care for Columbia County residents with programs and initiatives that meet identified community needs. The Medical Transportation Service provides transportation to and from health appointments for residents with no other means to get there. Our Community Partnership for Children's Dental Health provides school-based screenings and limited dental care and parental education about practicing good oral hygiene.
