Colleen is a sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience. She has been both a Sales and Marketing manager in a variety of industries and has always excelled in each position. Starting with a marketing position at Minolta Canada while still in college part time, Colleen received her Sales and Marketing Management degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, one of Western Canada's premier post secondary educators. From there she has held a number of positions including Marketing Director of Oakridge, a luxury retail property from Cambridge Shopping Centres. In that position she received the Customer Service Manager of the Year Award as designated by Where in Vancouver Magazine.
From there she went on to Carnival Cruise Lines as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager and then Glentel Inc., a major Canadian telecommunication company, as a National Sales Manager in their Satellite Division. At Glentel, Colleen consistently achieved the highest individual sales record for sales and dealer managers and increased their Dealer network by 25% in just 6 months.
Colleen then took on the challenge of Regional Sales & Service Manager for Dun & Bradstreet Canada and their staff in 3 offices. Here she was awarded the Presidential Award as Top Performing Associate in the Company (Asia/ Pacific, Latin America, Canada) in just one year at her position. She increased new business in Western Canada by 300% and revenues by 35% in 1 year! She even tackled the internet business as a Director of Strategic Alliances and International Business Development with SalesCentrix.com before taking time off to start a family.
