The trading name ‘ColourTech’ is owned by ‘Archjoin Ltd’, a company registered in the U.K. and incorporated on the 25th June 1998
The staff that run ColourTech have vast experience in design, print and publishing. The two senior members began their careers many years ago in paper and print. One worked for Wiggins Teape and the other for Xerox. They came together whilst working on the last production of ‘Pro Celebrity Snooker’. Together they purchased a Hot Metal Typesetters and established the company as one of the most innovative and specialised typesetters in the country, being one of the first to recognise the potential of the emerging PC. In fact one of them claims that MSDOS v3.3 was the best operating system Microsoft ever produced!
They were the first in the country to offer access to the emerging American Internet through their BBS which linked to a major BBS in New York. Through this link the BBS was able to echo ‘Conferences’, now known as ‘News Groups’
