Welcome to the Colfax School District Web Site. Colfax, Washington is located in the heart of the "Palouse" country in the southeast portion of the state. Rolling hills, rich farm land, and tall pines characterize the region. The city of Colfax is 60 miles south of Spokane and is 15 miles from Washington State University. The district's mission is to work in partnership with families and community, to prepare students to become responsible citizens who compete successfully in a changing world.
