Nebraska Cooperative Government A Nebraska Organization that has organized over $20 Million for Local Nebraska Communities The Nebraska Cooperative Government was formed by local Nebraskans in 1989 to generate income for communities. Our efforts are funded by a unique lottery system authorized under Nebraska Law. The system is managed by Lotto Nebraska and has raised over $20 million for local, participating communities.
