- Welcome to the Church Of God In Christ Web Page. I am personally glad that you are a faithful user or potentially a user of our materials. The publishing house is located in Memphis, Tennessee, the Headquarters of the Church Of God In Christ. For years the publishing house was located downtown at 291 Hernando Street but urban renewal claimed that historic site. Presiding Bishop G.E. Patterson and a commission of General Board members, Bishop Roy L.H. Winbush, Nathaniel Wells and W.W. Hamilton located and purchased the current location at 2500 Lamar. The location is a building for our future growth and development, and has over 70,000 sq feet of space for publishing operations.
