- Welcome to Code 3 Customs! Code 3 Customs is a family owned and operated business, dedicated to providing the highest quality custom police cars available. Our business was founded by a Kettering, OH police officer in 1995 as a way of financing his 3 childrens' Christian School Education. The business relocated to Georgia for a short time in 2002 through 2003, but then was proudly brought back to its roots in Kettering once again. The company is now owned and operated by the Strong family. God has richly blessed our lives with 3 beautiful children who are our top priority. In 2003, we made the decision to make the committment to homeschool our children. This required that at least one of us had to be home in order to do this. We were presented with the opportunity to take over the business, and saw this as God's provision in being able to keep our children home and educate them, while still providing a much-needed 2nd income. Since this time, we relocated down the road to the neighboring town of Beavercreek. We are honored to say that through this business, God has blessed us with the opportunity of meeting and being in contact with hundreds of people across the country, while at the same time, keeping Mom at home with the kids.
