Coco Dowley has lived in Vermont for 13 years. A combination of artistic training at Parsons School of Design and Syracuse University started her on her creative journey with a degree in Surface Pattern Design. After working 3 years as an art director and artist at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City, Missouri, the entrepreneurial spirit touched her on the shoulder and Coco started her own design/licensing company.
