Since you decided to stop by, I suppose I should tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Christian Meister (my friends just call me Chris though) and I live in Lenzburg, a small, picturesque town in the north of Switzerland, the heart of Europe, about 20 miles west of Zurich.
From my apartment it is just a few steps to the historic downtown and on the nearby hill, there's an impressive medieval castle overlooking the whole region. So for that matter, my neighborhood is pretty spectacular.
I was born in fall of 1971 and grew up in Birrwil, a village just a few miles south of Lenzburg on the western shore of Lake Hallwil. From here, on a clear day, you have a stunning view over the lakes and the majestic Swiss mountains in the backdrop. The foothills of the Alps begin about 40 miles to the south of here, just beyond the city of Lucerne.
