Ok, I am finally doing a real “about” section. I am a homebrewer that has been brewing for six years now in Central New York. I enjoy a wide variety of styles beer types. I started this blog because I had a vision that a blog could act as a brew notebook that is web-based for the world to see. Since I started this blog, I’ve been surprised at what I have gotten back from it.
