ClotureThreshold

Trust in God, but tie your camel tight. (Old Persian Proverb)

While we always strive to AssumeGoodFaith, we also have our fears. One of those fears is that someone acting in bad faith could disturb a consensus poll process by repeatedly editing the document when the DoneTimer is running, thus preventing the process from finishing, indefinitely. So, as a precautionary measure, just to be on the safe side, we have developed the ClotureThreshold. The idea is to lock a version of the document, to which a specified percentage of participants say YES . This specified percentage of participants is known as the ClotureThreshold.

Since a ClotureThreshold has never come into affect, we're not entirely sure how it works, in practice.
