- The Philadelphia C lef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts is one of the first facilities in the nation constructed specifically as a jaz z institution. It strives to preserve and promote jazz mus ic through performance, education and cultural services. The Clef Club of Jazz is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located on the Avenue of the Arts, Broad and Fitzwater sts., in Philadelphia, PA. The Club introduces audiences of all ages to jazz through concerts and superior jazz instruction.
